Custom Programme Design

We do not sell pre-packaged syllabi. Our curriculum team conducts a structured Training Needs Analysis (TNA) with your HR or programme leads, maps gaps against measurable performance outcomes, and delivers a fully tailored training plan — complete with learning objectives, assessment rubrics, and a post-training evaluation framework aligned to your reporting requirements.

Team Capacity Building

Cohort-based training for entire departments or cross-functional teams, covering professional skills (project management, communication, digital tools), technical skills (cybersecurity awareness, data literacy, digital marketing), and vocational competencies. Programmes are sized from 10 to 200+ participants and can run as intensive bootcamps, weekly modules, or phased multi-cohort rollouts.

Leadership & Management Workshops

Targeted short-format workshops (1–3 days) for senior staff, middle managers, and team leads: strategic thinking and decision-making, adaptive leadership in resource-constrained environments, results-based management (RBM) for donor-funded programmes, and change management for digital transformation initiatives. Facilitation is in Arabic or English.

Measurable In-House Training

Every institutional engagement includes a baseline skills assessment, clearly defined KPIs (e.g. competency uplift %, certification pass rates, on-the-job application scores), and a post-training impact report submitted within 30 days of programme completion — suitable for inclusion in donor reports, annual reviews, or board presentations.

Discovery

A 1–2 day scoping session with your HR, programme, or operations team. We map your workforce profile, current competency levels, business or programme objectives, and constraints (language, schedule, budget, logistics). Output: a written Scope of Work and preliminary budget.

Design

Our training designers build a custom curriculum: learning pathway, session-by-session plan, facilitator guides, participant workbooks, and digital resources. We share a draft for your review and sign-off before any training begins. Timeline: typically 1–3 weeks depending on programme complexity.

Deliver

Training delivered by experienced Jordan-based facilitators — on your premises, at our Amman centre, or via our live-online platform. We handle all logistical coordination: scheduling, attendance tracking, materials, and participant communications in your preferred language.

Measure

Post-session feedback, pre/post competency assessments, and a 30-day impact check-in with your focal point. You receive a structured Impact Report with quantitative and qualitative findings — ready to drop into donor narratives, project evaluations, or internal board decks.
